Bora Aksu pone el punto dulce a la London Fashion Week con su propuesta Fall Winter 2010/11

Con una colección inspirada en las fotografías cálidas de Deborah Turbeville y sus colores, el diseñador de origen turco Bora Aksu homenajeó a su manera a la fotógrafa, explorando los acabados de la ropa interior de los años 60 y la exposición Wonderland del Childhood Museum de Londres, donde se exponen obras inspiradas en cuentos y literatura infantil.

 

Los colores de la colección son básicamente ahumados, con tonos pastel en los grises y azules y algún toque metalizado en el dorado y el negro. Los tejidos, ligeros y sedosos, jugando con transparencias y brocados, incluso con alguna lentejuela.

 

A excepción de algunos pantalones tipo harem, es una colección básicamente de mini vestidos, todos ellos acentuando la cintura y abultando la cadera mediante volúmenes que recuerdan a los postizos victorianos. Interesante también es el juego de costuras de las prendas y de volúmenes sobre los hombros y faldas.
